All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day. Custom or made-to-order items may take additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout. If there is a delay due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or SMS. Please ensure that all order details, including the shipping address, are accurate to avoid processing delays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details for real-time updates.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard and express shipping options to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping takes 2-4 business days, depending on your location. Shipping Charges

Address & Delivery Issues

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply. In case of multiple failed delivery attempts, the package may be held at the courier’s facility for pickup. Any changes to the shipping address after placing an order must be requested within 12 hours. Once the order is shipped, address modifications cannot be accommodated.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
