At Fashions Corner, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. Products that are final sale, clearance, or custom-made cannot be returned. Returns due to size or preference changes are accepted, but shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. If you receive a defective or damaged product, report it within 48 hours with clear images. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at support@fashionsscorner.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the shipping address. Customers must ship the product using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or defective. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process the refund accordingly. If the item does not meet return conditions, we will notify you and send it back.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after a successful quality check of the returned item. The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. Shipping fees and cash-on-delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on our part. If a refund is delayed, customers should check with their bank before reaching out to us. In case of partial returns from a combo or bundle purchase, refunds will be adjusted accordingly. We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet our return conditions.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you need a different size, color, or style, you must place a new order and return the unwanted item following our return process. Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued as per our policy. Customers must bear the shipping costs for returns unless the item was incorrect or defective. We recommend checking our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing an order. Our team is happy to assist with any sizing or product-related queries.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and customers must follow the return process. If an order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. Custom orders and pre-order items cannot be canceled once they are processed. If you accidentally place an incorrect order, contact our support team immediately for assistance. We are not responsible for delays in processing cancellations beyond the allowed timeframe.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including undergarments, accessories, custom-made products, and final sale items. Products that show signs of wear, washing, or damage due to mishandling will not be accepted for returns. Any return requests beyond the 7-day return window will not be processed. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must report it within 48 hours to qualify for a replacement or refund.
